The STEM committee is putting on Clarksville’s 1st Career Day on Friday March 13th during the school day between 9:45 am and 3:45 pm. We are looking for volunteers to come and share their careers with the students in grades K-5. Volunteers will come and give engaging, hands on, 15-20 minute presentations to classes. We ask that your presentation have a hands-on element or activity to them so that students can experience your career. You can do a simple activity with students, do a demonstration, or bring in items for students to explore. Be creative! Once the STEM committee gets all of our volunteers we will be creating a schedule so that each classroom sees a variety of careers. We cannot guarantee that you will be presenting for your child’s class.

Anyone from any career field can volunteer.  We encourage family, friends, and other business professionals that you may know to sign up as well!
