The CES yearbook committee is hard at work designing the 2016-2017 edition. The yearbook will have pages featuring classes, staff, special celebrations and candid photos and so much more!  You even have the opportunity to include a special message to your student!  What better way to remember their precious elementary school years?!

Costs (before taxes):

$27.07 per book

$  2.00 per message

$  5.00 per 5th grade picture message (for 5 th graders only – see next page)

Be sure to add sales tax!

When to order: Now through April 7th

**Books will NOT be reordered. You MUST buy now to receive a yearbook**

How to order: Download the order form.  Complete the form, enclose payment and return to school by April 7th
